Prof. Raghuvir Singh, a nationally renowned academic leader, has been in leadership position for more than 25 years in prominent Multi-Disciplinary Higher Education Institutions like Teerthankar Mahaveer University, Manipal University Jaipur, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, BITS, Pilani etc. Dr. Singh has Doctorate Degree from the University of Rajasthan & Master’s Degree in Management from Mumbai University (JBIMS).
An Academic Leader who has successfully Conceptualized, Developed, Structured and Implemented the holistic Education involving all the three domains of learning: Cognitive, Affective & Psychomotor Skills by using OBE & AOL through various Educational Frameworks & scientific tools and techniques. He has hands-on Experience in developing Quality Education Eco-System, Innovation Eco-System, Collaborations in HEIs Conducted MDPs for number of corporates Houses & Higher Education Institutions on ‘Effective Leadership, Interpersonal Skills, Strategic Roadmaps using BSC, Grit, personal Effectiveness & self- leadership. He uses psychometric tools like: FIRO-B, Leadership Grid ( Thomson Scale) , MBTI & diSC . Areas of Research & Interest are: Strategy, Turnaround and Mergers, Human Resource and Education (OBE) . Have been conducting FDPs for last 15 years on areas like Research Methodology , Case Method Teaching, Innovative Pedagogy, OBE ; Educational Leadership ; Strategic Orientation for Educational Institutes & Continuous Education Quality Improvement etc.
Dr. Singh has hands on Experience on developing Road Maps ( Strategic Direction) & strategic maps for Universities and educational Institutions He prefers to focus on 360 degree approach to Institutional Management, Employee Appraisal & development . designs seamless approach that aligns decision process & actions to vision . He is an Expert on Accreditation processes of NAAC & NBA . An expert in designing & Conducting Academic, Administrative and Performance Auditing. Prof. Singh is the recipient of 12 awards from different organizations as Vice Chancellor. Some of them are: Top 20 Vice chancellors of India, Eminent vice Chancellor & Impactful Vice Chancellor etc. Has 50 research Papers in Refereed & Indexed Journals, 3 Patents, 06 sponsored projects and has guided 07 Ph. Ds Thesis & More than hundred PG Dissertation .
Professor Dr Dinesh Singh

Professor Dr Dinesh Singh is the Chancellor at K.R. Mangalam University, Gurgaon. He is a globally recognized mathematician and educationist and a recipient of one of the highest civilian awards Padma Shri in 2014.
For delivering exceptional work and innovative ideas, Prof. Singh has received honorary doctorates as a mathematician and an educationist from the University of Edinburgh; the National University of Ireland, Cork; the University of Houston, Houston, USA and the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra.
Dr Dinesh studied at St. Stephen’s College and earned his Ph.D. from the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, London. He was the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Delhi. A distinguished Senior Fellow and Advanced Hackspace, Imperial College and an Adjunct Professor, University of Houston, Houston, USA.
This dynamic personality is one of the masterminds behind creating The Institute for Inventions, Innovations and Entrepreneurship (TIIIE) at K.R. Mangalam University. TIIE shall raise the academic profile of K.R. Mangalam to the manifold by offering globally relevant expertise and qualifications to the students, quintessential to succeed as a professional or an entrepreneur.
Dr Mehraj Uddin Mir
Chair Professor (Motilal Nehru Chair)
As an established academician, Dr Mehraj Uddin Mir, Chair Professor (Motilal Nehru Chair), K. R. Mangalam University holds an extensive experience of over 4 decades having served as Vice Chancellor at Central University of Kashmir, Academic Consultant at Sindhu Central University, Professor of Criminal Law, and as an expert Consultant (Academic/ Legal). With an exceptional understanding for implementation of academic frameworks & formulation of policies, Dr Mir has authored some of the best titles including “Crime and Criminal Justice System in India (1984)” and “Drug Addiction: Socio-Legal Dimensions” (1997).
Besides his consistent engagement in over 50 research publications and being an editor for the books published on higher education sector in India, Dr Mir is well regarded for his outstanding excellence in the field of Law. Honoured with several awards as well as the national and international fellowships, Dr Mir has been a respected speaker at over 100 Universities and Institutions of Higher Learning and Research in India and abroad.
Gp Capt Praveen Mahajan
Controller of Examination (COE)
Gp. Capt Praveen Mahajan (Retd.) has more than 14 years of administrative experience in higher education across universities. He is currently the Controller of Examination at K.R. Mangalam University (KRMU). He has been instrumental in establishing the administrative policies at KRMU since it’s inception and is also responsible for managing the entire examination lifecycle at the university. He has also worked as the Controller of Examination in Lingaya’s University, Faridabad and IETE, New Delhi. Prior to this, he has been with the Indian Air Force where he had a vast experience of managing modern technology of equipments, Guided Weapons & avionics and Air Field Management.
He holds a Masters degree from IIT Delhi and has completed B. Tech from Delhi College of Engineering. Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from IETE Aeronautical Engineering from Air Force Technical College M.Sc ( Defence Studies) from prestigous Defence Services staff College

Prof. Dr. N. K. Chadha

Prof. Dr. N.K Chadha is a former Professor and Head, Department of Psychology, University of Delhi; former Director and Head, Department of Adult, Continuing Education and Extension; and Chairman, Board of Research Studies in Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Delhi, Delhi, India. For five consequtive years, he was the Panel of Judge for PM’s Trophy for the Steel industry and the Task force member of Performance management division of Cabinet Secretariat , Government of India.He was the senior consultant to UNDP on career development. Professor Chadha has been teaching in the Department of Psychology, University of Delhi since 1982. He has authored several books which are used as text books in many universities in India and abroad at undergraduate, post-graduate and research level.
Some of the publications are Applied Psychomtry (2010), Aging and the Aged- A Challenges to Indian Gerontology (Friends Publications,1997), Think Before Getting Grey (Sai Printographers, 2003), Recruitment and Selection (Galgotia,2004), Organizational behaviour (Galgotia, 2008), Human Resource Management (Sai Printographers, 2012), Social Psychology (McMillan, 2013) , Realm of Psychology ( Pinacle, 2014) , Counselling Skills-knowing the self and others (The Readers Paradise, 2018) , Arts and Science of Parenting (,2018) and recently published best seller book “Enchancing Your Employability” (2020). He has also co-authored the book with John Van Willigen, University of Kentucky, USA entitled Social Aging in a Delhi Neighbourhood (Bergin and Garvey,1999).He has been conducting many ongoing research projects with foreign universities and has carried out a number of major interdisciplinary and collaborative projects. He has published more than 150 articles in various scientific National and International journals which are often quoted by other researchers. He is on the management bodies of many institutes in India and abroad. He was invited by the UN to attend expert’s group meeting held in UN head quarter on family issues. He has travelled extensively and lectured in UK, USA, Spain, Hungary, Sweden, Malta, Germany, France, Canada, New Zeeland, Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, Taipei, Japan, , UAE, China, Columbia , South Africa, Philipines and Vietnam. He is involved in development of standardized psychological tests for many Multinational companies and Public sector companies for the purpose of recruitment and selection of middle and higher management levels. He has developed many psychological instruments for assessment at the individual and group level for the purpose of research and selection of best career for an individual. He is one of the leading psychometrician in India and his book on Applied Psychometriy is widely used by the students and practitioners of psychological assessment in India and Abroad. Prof. Chadha is the President of the India Career Development Association and also the President of the Indian Association of Positive Psychology. He is also the past President of the Asia Pacific Career Development Association, Maryland,USA. Recently Prof Chadha has been awarded the National Career Development Association,USA presidential award on the 28th June, 2017 at Orlando, USA and “Global Practitioner of the year -2015” on the june 30th ,2015 during the annual confeence held at Denver, USA.Recently awarded Life time achivement was by the Asia Pacific Career Development Association during its annual meeting held 22nd May ,2019 at Vietnam.He has been awarded the life time achievment award in Psychology and subsequently in Psychometry. He is the leading practitioners in the area of career and counselling and widely consulted by large number of schools ( India and middle east) and corporate world. He has been known to be the leading corporate trainer for developing soft life skills at various levels of multinational companies as well as leading schools .Member of many public and private universities for recruitment of faculty at various levels and in search committees for talent hunts. Recently has taken the responsibility of President, International Career Coach Association (ICCA), Maryland,USA. He is the chief Psychometrician , Mindler and also the advisor-cum-chief psychometrician, Wellness Mandala.

She plays a multifaceted role that requires a combination of leadership, vision, and a deep commitment to academic excellence. By overseeing curriculum development, managing faculty, and engaging with the broader community.

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell at K.R. Mangalam University aims to develop a mechanism for systematic reviews of academic and administrative processes. The objective is to ensure quality teaching-learning, research, and support services standards for all its stakeholders.
KRMU envisions preparing and implementing NEP 2020 to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the dynamics of challenges in the fast-changing global scenario. I am very pleased to state that IQAC at KRMU has aligned its goal to improve quality standards across the university.
