Role & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential Students.
- Handling enquiries and generate leads through various sources.
- Maintain student database.
- Answer questions about the University & its courses.
- Ask questions to understand student requirements and fix appointments for the counsellors.
- Enter and update student information in the database.
- Keep records of calls and note useful information.
- Through counselling help the student to decide which course of higher learning is a good fit to them.
- Responsible for handholding prospective students and guiding them through the entire admission process.
- Responsible for getting online admission form filled and collecting soft copies of relevant documents.
Required Candidate profile:
- Experience in Education Industry or in telesales.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about services offered by the university.
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
