Vartika Singh is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at K.R. Mangalam University. Before joining K.R. Mangalam University, she taught at Amity University, Kolkata in the capacity of Assistant Professor. She studied at Delhi University (UG & PG) and pursuing her PhD in organizational Psychology University of Delhi, New Delhi. She also worked as a counselling psychologist at cultfit in remote setup. She has published articles on issues of workplace and issues associated with it .
