Mrs. Sukanya Chaudhary

I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor at K.R.Managalam University. My duties here involve being a faculty member along with the placement coordinator for School of Management & Commerce. Previously, I was working with Jagannath University since March 10th, 2022. My role involved instructing a diverse array of courses including MBA, B.Com. (Hons), BBA, and B.Tech, specializing in Banking & Finance, Retail, and Entrepreneurship. With cohorts exceeding 60 students in each batch, I have honed my expertise in  pivotal subjects such as Marketing, Organizational Behavior, and Retail Management.
My commitment to academic excellence is underscored by my completion of an intensive course in Qualitative & Quantitative Research Techniques, enhancing my research proficiency and methodology application. Moreover, I have developed tailored online study materials and delivered engaging lectures to cater to remote learners, ensuring accessibility and effectiveness in education delivery.

Prior to academia, I garnered valuable industry experience at Jaypore Pvt. Ltd. within the Aditya Birla Group, and Pantaloons Fashion & Retail. These roles allowed me to excel in areas such as buying, merchandising, and retail operations, with notable achievements in driving sales and fostering vendor relationships.

My earlier tenures at Madura Fashion Retail & Lifestyle, ZS Associates, and Ernst & Young equipped me with a diverse skill set, including product research, retail enhancement strategies, and data analysis. This multifaceted professional journey reflects my commitment to holistic development across academia and industry, enriching both my knowledge and skill repertoire.
