Kritika Kakkar is an Assistant Professor of Law in the School of Legal Studies at K.R. Mangalam University, Sohna Rural, Gurugram, Haryana. Her research interests are in the areas of Intellectual Property Rights, company laws. She has published her work in peer reviewed journals and has attended various seminars and conferences.
