Dr. Shobhna Jeet

Before Joining KR Mangalam University Dr. Shobhna Jeet was one of the founder faculty members of Department of Law at The Central University of Haryana. Dr. Shobhna Jeet is a qualified law professional, completed her Ph.D. on the topic – “Law Relating to Cyber Terrorism a Comparative Study of Existing Laws at National and International Level” from Mody University of Science & Technology. Shobhna is also a UGC NET qualified. She completed her LL.M from University of Bikaner and LL.B from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rajasthan.

Dr. Shobhna was a Joint author and had shared her contribution in two chapters in “Book Right to Education: Imperative for Progress” edited by Prof. Mool Chand Sharma with forward from renowned Scientist Prof. Yashpal. She authored two books namely, “Cyber Crime and Cyber Terrorism: Nationaland International Regime”, Bharti Publications, New Delhi ISBN: 978-93-94779-09-9, 2022 , Cyber Terrorism: A Threat to Nation” BhartiPublication, New Delhi ISBN: 978-93-94779-07-0, 2022 and 3. Published edited book on “ Environmental Law Governance and Sustainable Development” Integrity Education Publication, New Delhi, ISBN: 978-81-96-17-51-1-5.

Dr. Shobhna over the years has published a number of research papers in renowned journals and periodicals. She has organized a number of National and International Conferences, Seminars and FDP’s. Additionally, she has also presented a number of papers on various contemporary legal issues in National and International conferences and seminars. Shobhna has also supervised more than 30 LLM students in their dissertation.
