Dr. Joginder Singh Yadav completed his Ph.D. in Agronomy from CCS HAU, Hisar. Currently, he is associated as a Professor and dean at K.R. Mangalam University. He has a rich teaching experience of 31 years. He was the Dean of the School of Agricultural Sciences at Raffles University Neemrana. He has more than 70 publications in international journals/ conferences to his credit.

- Certificate of Merit in recognition of receiving National Award as CCS HAU Hisar was declared best AICRP Center by Millet Research Society and AICPMIP, ICAR during the year 2006.
- Certificate of merit in recognition of scientific contribution for being adjudged  Regional Research Station, Bawal, as the Best Research Station of the University of the period 2008-10.
- Best castor agronomist recognised in National level Group meeting in All India Coordinated Research workers in May 2014 held at Bawal
